The C 165 woofer from Hertz features a specially developed SPP-M cone (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica) that blends the natural warmth of paper with the rigidity of mica for precise, controlled bass. An oversized high-density ferrite magnet keeps distortion low even at high power, while the 25mm aluminium voice coil handles peaks of 210W with ease. The three-spoke basket and rubber magnet cover damp unwanted vibrations for cleaner sound. An optional CG 165 grille with a metallic finish is available separately for protection and style.
