This digital input module equips HELIX amplifiers with an optical SPDIF input, enabling lossless digital audio transmission up to 96 kHz. Two BurrBrown stereo DA converters of the latest generation handle the conversion back to the analogue domain. The SPDIF Direct In function routes the audio signal directly to the amplifier's output stages, bypassing the input stage for optimised sound performance. It is designed specifically for the HELIX P ONE amplifier and includes the dedicated side panel, screws, and hex key for installation.
