The FlexMount165 system uses custom adapter rings to turn universal 165mm HELIX COMPOSE speakers into vehicle-specific units that install perfectly in the original mounting position. These rings are produced in-house using advanced FDM 3D printing technology with a specialised material built for automotive use. The material offers exceptional strength and stiffness, plus excellent resistance to weather, UV, oils and grease. It also handles extreme temperatures from -40°C to over 90°C, ensuring long-lasting shape stability. Each set includes sealing rings to prevent acoustic short circuits and moisture ingress.
