The FlexMount system uses vehicle-specific adapter rings to turn a universal 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE speaker into a model-specific drop-in upgrade for the original mounting position. Each ring is 3D-printed in-house using advanced FDM technology with a special automotive-grade material that resists weather, UV, oils and grease. The construction delivers high rigidity and dimensional stability across a temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C. Included seals prevent acoustic short circuits and moisture ingress for a clean, long-lasting installation.
