The FlexMount system uses specially developed adapter rings to turn a universal 165 mm HELIX COMPOSE speaker into a vehicle-specific one for a perfect, acoustically optimised fit in the original mounting position. Manufactured in-house using advanced FDM 3D printing, the special material offers extreme strength and stiffness, plus excellent resistance to weather, UV, oils and greases. It covers an automotive temperature range from -40°C to over +90°C, ensuring long-lasting shape stability even in harsh conditions. Each set includes seals to prevent acoustic shorts and moisture ingress, along with all necessary mounting hardware.
