This handcrafted 80mm midrange driver from BRAX sets a new benchmark for precision and natural sound reproduction. Its lightweight carbon fibre multilayer diaphragm minimises resonance for incredible clarity, while the stainless steel phase plug ensures even sound dispersion across the frequency range. A high-damping butyl rubber surround provides precise membrane control, and the aerodynamically shaped aluminium basket keeps the voice coil well ventilated. Built with a powerful push-pull neodymium magnet system, it delivers low distortion and impressive dynamics even at high volumes. Each speaker is pair-matched, serialised, and finished with 24-karat gold-plated terminals.
